What is JENESYS? "JENESYS stands for Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths" and it is a Japan's friendship ties program arranged by JICE ( Japan International Cooperation Center).
In JENESYS2016 (Theme: Economics), there are 240 participants from 11 different countries namely, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam.
Cambodian participants composed of 11 students and 11 working youths. The 11 students are from different universities such as Royal University of Law and Economics Sciences (RULE), Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), National University of Management (NUM), University of Puthisastra (UP) and Univercity of Cambodia (UC). The other 11 adults are from Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and some other private sectors.
This is my very first time involving in exchange program and I was delighted to be selected as one of the Cambodian participants in JENESYS2016. ;)
